We are Ilya and Iulia, Michael and Ariana, and our mother Emma.  

Since childhood, our hearts were very close to elder people. Every weekend at the church we have visited and took care of them. After years we decide to do something more meaningful and helpful. A few years ago we bought this house and put a lot of energy and time to create a beautiful home.

Harbor View Adult Family Home is in a scenic residential neighborhood near Dash Point State Park, located on the northeast edge of Tacoma, Washington. It’s conveniently near Federal Way and a short drive from downtown Tacoma’s hospitals, shopping centers, museums, and Theater District via Washington State Route 509. It’s a fully remodeled house. Providing 24/7 care for up to six residents.

Every day we wake up with bird songs and go to sleep with a glorious sunset. We have private spacious bedrooms with 1/2 bath and a master bedroom with a shower. The attractive setting of Harbor View Adult Family Home features picturesque surroundings and sophisticated amenities. The sitting areas of the spacious second-floor patio offer panoramic views of the Puget Sound, while the elevated dining area has large windows that offer the same breathtaking views.

We love music! In our living room, we have a piano available to play at any time. You can find as on youtube (Beethoven “Fur Elise” by Iulia Bularu). Residents can take part in an array of activities, including exercises, indoor golf, music therapy, bingo, and various hobbies such as puzzles, gardening, cooking, and drawing.

We believe that a good day starts with a healthy breakfast and activities shared between our residents. Emma, it’s a very good cook, she likes to prepare a variety of food and she’ll be happy to prepare your favorite food. 

Your health is very important for us and we want to help you to support it. Iulia and Emma, are the managers and professional caregivers. We have been in the industry for more than 10 years and are trained in Dementia Caregiving, Mental Health can perform medication management and nurse delegation tasks, Certification Nursing Assisted, First Aid/CPR. Residents receive personalized assistance based on regular assessments and service planning.
